Objective To study the effect of self-nasal septal cartilage with mucosa restored tarsal plate coloboma for resection of eyelid malignant tumor.

目的探讨带粘膜的自体鼻中隔软骨修复眼睑恶性肿瘤切除后的睑板缺损的疗效。

Methods When eyelid malignant tumor were resected, eyelid were restored by nasal septal cartilage with mucosa. Results Self-nasal septal cartilage with mucosa restored tarsal plate coloboma of eyelid malignant tumor on 12 eyes of 12 patients.

方法对12例眼睑恶性肿瘤切除后用带粘膜自体鼻中隔软骨修复睑板缺损并行眼睑重建。

Conclusion The Self-nasal septal cartilage with mucosa restored tarsal plate coloboma of eyelid malignant tumor is convenience and less lesion reconstruction operation of eyelid.

结论带粘膜的自体鼻中隔软骨修复眼睑恶性肿瘤术后的睑板缺损效果良好，是一种方便而且损伤小的眼睑重建手术。

Conclusion Free grafts taken from nasal septum mucosa and cartilage are ideal reconstructive materials for tarsal plate and palpebral conjunctiva.

结论利用自体鼻中隔粘膜软骨游离植片作睑板及睑结膜修复材料，具有取材方便、效果好的特点，是一种较为理想的方法。
